Complaint against flipkart for sending wrong product

I ordered ” Philips HD4929 with Stainless Steel Cookware Set Induction Cook Top ” on 13 july 2013 and received on 19 july without invoice and without stainless steel cookware set.

when i complained to flipkart they send me a 10-12 mail that problem will resolve within 3 days after one week flipkart saying that i am unable to send you stainless steel cookware set and invoice.

My order id is “OD30713092795”

please do the needful I am helplesss now.
