I ordered food in SUBWAY from the platform Food Panda at 07:54 PM and I was promised delivery within 60 minutes. As I’m writing this compliant now at 10:00 PM I didn’t receive my order till now and I feel cheated and this is a absolute non sense where I have paid the amount and I still didn’t get my order. The negative effects of Digital payments should first be addressed before making a campaign for it. I hereby file compliant on the Food Panda delivery app and the restaurant SUBWAY for their lethargic behaviour.
