Complaint against freecharge

I paid my airtel (9xxxxxxxx8) bill on 29 sep 2015 of rs 500, bt bill payment failed (order no FCMA150930236853110).
freecharge not refunded my RS. 500 in my account. I communicated through email bt they said that they have refunded money.bt i didn’t get my money in my freecharge account.

    I have done a recharge of Rs198 on 8th Dec,2016 but still the recharge has not been done and also the money has not been refunded to the wallet till now. My order id is : fcva161208529596846.

    Please look into the matter soon and refund the amount in the wallet.

    When i am adding rupees 1000 my transaction failed but my bank account got debited by the same amount. I was promised that within 5-7 days i will get my money back but i did not get the refund till now and i have already mailed Freecharge my bank statement and also provided them with the screenshort of the same. When i am sending a email to Freecharge the pregenerated email comes which says ” we are internally discusing and we will get back to you shortly”.
    So i requesting you please solve my problem and refund my balance in my bank account or in my Freecharge Wallet.

    I have done recharge of RS 399 on 5/12/2017 but still my recharge is not been done refunded to the wallet till now .my order Id :fcva171205689892780

    Plz look this matter and refund the amount
