Complaint against furniture shop for defective product

I would like to complain against the Furniture Shop AZAD at goregoan link road on 27.04.16 against bill no 261. Total value of purchase was 76000/-. we got delivery by 9th may 16. From the beginning we started facing problems with the furniture. Both box beds had problem with the hydraulic pump. The shop owner named “Kxxxxxm” had to be made several calls for its repair. he got it reapired first time. But the King size bed kept giving problems. The shop owner used to pick up one call only after 50calls made to him. And on instances he used to disconnect calls and also cut the phone in the middle of the conversation disrespectfully, even when ladies used to speak to him. Within almost two months the sofa stitch started opening. And upon telling the shop owner he said WE are opening the stitch at home.
The screw of the hydraulic pump kept coming out from the bed. On one instance it was about to fall on me. The bed has already been repaired FOUR times and everytime it is getting spoilt. Even a few sides are coming out. Request you to please HELP and get the work sorted. SO that the bed can be RE made ..
