Complaint against for improper delivery

On dated 11 of june 16 i ordered a gift from As per site commitment they delivers the item on customers preferred delivery date.
My preferred date was 21st of june 16 (On the occasion of my little sister birthday). but they had delivered the gift on 16th of june.
They washed my dreams for given a surprise to my little sister and also there was no birthday card inside the gift, which is necessary as per site facility. At the time of order i also type a msg for the card.
I filed a complain on giftease site, but still i am waiting for response. When i try to talk with representatives, found new time and schedule for resolving the problem. More than 4 days have passed but still the issue is same. Please do the need full. They are making fool to customers
