Complaint against Hippily for non-delivery and no refund

Hippily is an online merchant site in which I ordered a product(Shoe) of 699 rs. on 18th Feb 2017 by advance payment. As per there policy they deliver the product within 7-28 days but as of now its been more than 45 days but neither I recived my product nor my money is refunded. Even after following up for n number of times for either the return of my money or delivery of the product , I have not recived any response from Hippily. Please help me in getting my money back from this site.

    Issue got resolved as the customer got the product delivered.
