Complaint against Homeshop18 services

I had purchased a Mobile phone (SPICE) from HS 18 .The product was delivered at my absence to my children. The product contains some technical fault which I inform to HS 18 customer care cell. The customer care cell also gives prompt reply to rectify the complaint with in 2 days but after 14 days no one can contact us to sort out the problem .I am highly tensionized due to this act so please help us and refund my money included a compensatory fine from home shopping 18.
