Complaint against Hopscotch for non-delivery

Hopscotch failed to deliver products I ordered on 31 March 2016, and after repeated emails and calls I am just being fooled. Sometimes they say they will deliver but with little more delay, sometimes they say due to bulk order items will be split in 3 parts and then will be delivered, (then they had split the order in 3 parts but the list of items in those 3 parts did not match my initial order and the products were missing though I had already paid for them), sometimes they say their courier partner doesn’t deliver to my address, sometimes they say only cash on delivery is possible at my address (despite I have already paid).

Now after all this harassment I asked them to refund my money and cancel the order but they are not doing so and not refunding my money. They have already messed up with my order and now when I am again and again asking for full refund with compensation of harassment, they are not responding.
