Complaint against ICICI bank on account creation

I have submitted account creation form (on 6-Apr-2015) through my company and ICICI executives have created account with wrong spellings in my name although i had submitted all forms and supporting details with correct details. Because of this mistake from ICICI i have not been credited with my salary for name mismatch.
I have been following up with ICICI executives more than 20 days now and still the correction is not done and if the correction is not done by 20th may, i will also miss my salary of May month.
I have been requesting and following up with concerned person daily and i am not getting any proper response from them. I have also complained to ICICI nodal officer on bank portal but yet to hear from them. I have also messaged ICICI Bank on Facebook and no action taken from them till now.

Because of this mistake from ICICI people, i have landed up facing financial crunch and dependent on others for my daily needs. I am expressing all my pains to ICICI executives but they are not even bothered about this.

    ICICI bank has now update my details after complaining in ICF. But because of ICICI mistake, i am suffering financial problems and dependent on others for daily needs.
    I need answer from ICICI for this in the form of Penalty. Why should i suffer because of no mistake of mine.

    Still waiting for ICICI response. I am running bare handed past 1 month and this bank is least bothered about their mistakes and customers suffering from because of them.

    Is this bank responsible about their mistakes?
    Do they understand the pain of not getting salary for a month?
