I’ve taken an idea connection with number +91 99xxxxxxx3 around 3-4 months before. I used the number of 1-2 month or so, I guess paid 1 bill also.

I guess for 2nd month, I was charged more than my plan amount and hence I did not pay the bill immediately. I could not go into the details as I did not receive the bill over email. When I received a call to pay my bill I requested them to clarify why my bill was high. The lady said she will check & come back, but that didnt happen. Again, after every 2-3 days I received a call to pay my bill but again I requested for details, but they only said they will check & come back to me. Then, I was waiting for them for around 1-2 months. I didnt even use the number (as they might have deactivated the number) but they kept on continuosly sending me message regarding my bill amount. When I tried to check details online & pay the bill, it said this number is not an idea number. So, neither I was able to check the details or pay the bill.

I have the following complaints
1) Why was I charged above my monthly plan?
2) Why was I not given clarification regarding my bill even after repeated requests?
3) Why is that the bill is not shared with me over email or hard copy?
4) Why was I not informed before my number was deactivated?
5) Why am I charged for months even after my number was deactivated & not used by me?
6) Why am I not able to see any details online or pay the bill online (number is not an idea number) error for over months now
7) Why is the notice sent to me for no mistake of mine?
8) If I bought the sim card from Idea Sangli office, why am I getting the notice from Idea Cellular Kolhapur office?

Now, I am reconfirming that I am not going to pay any amount to idea! Further, I am going to take legal advise & file a defamation case against Idea Cellular
