I had got a call from indiacartshopping.com on 7th march 2016 saying that they have a promotional offer for which we will have to do minimum shopping of Rs.5000/- from their website and then we will get the purchased product and a free promotional gift with it. Thus on the same day we ordered a Fossil’s mens watch (order ID: 370_16030728) worth Rs.6015/- and they assured a Dell laptop as a free promotional gift along with the watch. The payment was done through PayU Money getaway and payment id is 96092624. After few days, we got the courier and to our shock we received a duplicate watch. Also there was no free promotional gift with it. We contacted n informed Indiacart about the false courier to which they said that it was sent by mistake and that they would again courier the product and the gift. But to our surprise, we havent yet received any product after that. We have been continuosly taking follow ups from them but those guys were just manipulating the whole scene. Every week they kept saying that they have either already couriered it or will courier it but they never shared the tracking id. We as customers feel cheated and harassed because of such companies. Now that we have asked them to refund our money, what they say is that for money refund we will again have to transfer around Rs.9000/- to their account so that they can generate a link of Rs.15000/- (Rs.6015/-already paid for product) to refund our money. But we have talked to a bank regarding this process and they say no such things are required to get the money back and that company can directly do NEFT to our account.
Please look into the matter and take necessary strict action against the company.
