Complaint against indiaontime.com and shopclues.com regarding delivery

It is my 29th complain to India http://indiaontime.com/ courier company (9 via mail 16 via phone call and 4 via face book massage) this company book courier for non serviceable location also and ask to collect it from its office which is 30 km away from actual address location and when consignee deny to come there they return it to origin by given wrong remark that order “cancelled by consignee “rather than “due to non serviceable location”. When I call and ask them kindly remove my pin code (273202) from your serviceable list they says that they can’t remove it because they are provide service but they will not delivered you at your home you have to collect it from city (30 km from my home). Now my simple question is serviceable area means you have to collect your consignment from 30 km? Now suppose I buy something of rs 100 online now i pay extra 60 rs to go city and collect my consignment who the foolish person going to do it.

But they did not remove my pin code (273202) and whenever I buy something from shopclues same story get repeated (i.e return to origin).

Now I am force to use very strong word for this courier company. This company people are so insensitive and irresponsible i complain every time when my courier get back to origin and say ok leave this time but this is my humble request to you kindly remove my pin code from your serviceable area so that it is not going to repeat further but these people are saying ok I will do it but they does nothing and same story get repeated again and again with my order. Recently my two order booked (70012967286,70012967651). I call so many times to their customer care executive that they remember my name they say ok “aap wahi Gorakhpur waale bol rahe ho n “ but they are not fixing my problem. I am get frustrated with this courier they are just making jokes of my complain every time.

Four times complain via facebook massage.
Now tell after this much of complain these senseless people did not take any action anybody can frustrate.
Finally hoping my this msg put some effect on IOT administrative people and they solve my problem.

    Prepare a statement of your orders that have not been delivered by the courier. Serve a notice on the shopping portal and the courier company seeking compensation. If they fail to take any steps then you may file a case in the District Consumer Forum for remedy.
