Complaint against Indigital cable service provider

I would like to complaint against our cable TV operator who is getting so much greedy since one year.

We are using indigital cable service. They make fool of us every 2-3 months making set-top box inactive from mbackend. Charge money n do not give receipt. On asking for receipt they used to speak in high voice.

After trai latest regulations of standard channel packs, he is not giving us the same.
For example- in star value pack of Rs49/- for 12channels, he told us to select only 5 channel.

He hiked standard rates for every company made packs.

Please look into the matter and do the needful soon.

    Am staying at thane and am using services from in digital service provider name is in sai infotainment cable tv service provider here first thing is they are having monopoly here so we can’t switched the provider and once we paid the bill after that at least for the 15 to 20 days most of channels are not we able to see and when we called them almost 20 30 times we needs to call the n also they not willing to solve the issue and speak so arrogantly it was such worst experience they don’t even have basic sence to talk with any one worst people i ever seen in customer service i think indigital should cancel their franchise they are worst to worst

    This is with reference to TV cable service in Kolhapur the specific area is Samratnagar Kolhapur.
    Inspite of repeated requests the concerned service man is not restoring the services.The message we are receiving is No communication with the Smart Card .
    The service boy seems to be untrained and spoiling the reputation of the company. The owner may immediately take a note of the complaint.

    Sir/madam,
    We have been your regular customer for tv cable services,since almost more than a decade.
    We are sindhi and were getting Channel’ Sindhi sajan” free to air channel which is all of asudden been stopped since last about 10 months.
    This is the only channel for sindhi community.
    We have repeatedly complained for restarting the channel, but no result has come so far.Now a days we are getting very rough replies.
    We have only female abnormal daughter who was fond of this channel and she repetedly reminds us for arranging to restart the channel and we feel helpless with the attitude.
    Hence as a last effort we are writting the complaint to you , with a hope to find positive solution.

    In digital tv cable local service provider is not providing service to us. He is always not reachable and also he never coming for solving the problem.we several times told him to solve the problem which we are facing. Tv cable channels are not looking properly that’s why we are calling him but always ignoring us.
