I was having a flight 6E 283 New Delhi to Kolkata Indigo Airlines. I have done web-check-in and reached airport at around 4:00 PM, whereas i was told that baggage counter is closed and i had to carry by bags with me. i requested several times as i had already web check in boarding pass but indigo ground staffs are really very very third class in behavior and was not ready to listen anything. not at all helping in nature. finally when i agreed to carry my bags with me i passed through security check and reached to the mentioned gate, the lady was standing there did not allow me to catch the bus and told that gate is closed and still there was 25 mins left.

I must say this is a nonprofessional attitude and i should recommend every one whom i know not to use indigo for travelling. after that when i came back to counter by cancelling my boarding pass i was asked to pay Rs. 3200/- extra to get the next flight ticket. then i was able to understand the motive of doing this type drama which indigo is doing.
This is not only harassment to the passenger but also snatching tendency of indigo. by profession i am a lawyer. i want my money back. may be it is a small money. but this is badly harassed and taken wrongly. if indigo management will not return my money i will put up this matter to consumer court.
