On 1st May,2015 I booked Indigo flight tickets for the dates mentioned below-

I got booking confirmation and boarding pass through Indigo’s registered mail Id and a total payment of Rs. 30,720/- has been done from my ICICI bank account through net banking.

On 25th October, I was informed by Indigo boarding desk at Goa airport that there was no such booking in my name from Goa to Mumbai though I had a valid boarding pass in my hand. And I was also informed that my Goa to Mumbai ticket has been rescheduled . As a result I had to pay Rs. 25,542/-for a fresh booking in a different flight. But I had never cancelled or rescheduled the same ticket. And I was never informed that my ticket has been cancelled or rescheduled ( via any e-mail, sms or phone call).

After reaching Kolkata, I sent a mail (Complain No. CRM:00343856) regarding refund of Rs. 25,542/- to Indigo customer relation desk. Mxxxxl Jxxxn, one of the customer service executives replied through mail that the ticket was rescheduled without my approval. and they offered me a refund of Rs. 4959/- for “goodwill gesture”. I am not ready to accept this amount and am lodging this complaint to you for a total refund of Rs. 25,542/- which I have lost due to Indigo’s fault.
