Complaint against interior furniture shop for sofa

I have booked a sofa from a interiors shop. As per their commitment, it was supposed to be delivered after 4 weeks. But since, I was out of town during this delivery date, I asked them to deliver it in first week of March. They agreed on this. But from that day till now I am chasing those guys to deliver my sofa. I am calling them almost every day and receiving non-sense replies form them every time. Every time the person is asking same information(order number, order date, etc) and not giving any commitment.

I finalized this deal in Rs. 34,000/-. So, as per their procedure, I paid Rs.5,000 on the spot as a booking amount. On second day, their person came to my home to take measurement and took another Rs.12,000. After I followed up many times, one day their person called me to tell my sofa is ready to deliver. I asked him to deliver it on weekend and agreed to pay them another Rs.15000. So, they came to me and collected the payment. After that no one is responding to my calls/SMSs.

Please assist to resolve this.
