The order no.-151228647111975 has already been picked up from my home address on 3rd of january 2016 but i hvnt recieved the refund yet. this delay has been really inconvinient for me..When i call the jabong customer care, they said the order hasnt been picked up from ur location. Ive already mailed the slip on refunds@jabong.com , but i havnt recieved any response yet. I want my refund and a DOUBLE(double amount that jabong owe to me) refund from jabong for the inconvinience so that they wont do this mistake again.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your exasperation is justified. No amount of apologies can ever compensate for the amount of discomfort that you must gone through because of this ongoing issue. I have shared this with our care team and they will contact you in a while.
