I believe that online purchase has come to a very pathetic situation in India and I along with many others become the victim of this fraud practice may be.

I have purchased an order on jackofallthethreads.com on 2nd Feb 2015, I paid the price of 995.00 Rs through credit card. According to the claim by the site I will be receiving the product by 15th Feb.
When I didn’t receive the product by 20th Feb I started to call them but repeated attempt nobody picked my call. as if the numbers does not exist at all. I mail to them two times through their website contact us page, till date no reply.
I have attached the proof of the mail herewith. Till today there is no information from them why the product is not delivered to my address, if they are unable to deliver they should refund the amount.
Later I contacted the payment gateway shmart also, when I enquired about the product delivery and the merchant, they said they could not help me until I sent a mail to them (Shmart) . I immediately sent a mail to them too, but from there side also there is no reply till date.
However as I feel there is no hope from Shmart.com or from jackofallthethreads.com
Helplessly I came to you if I get any help.
