Complaint against for fake service

I had ordered a flower Basket on 19.07.2016 online from to gift to my friend on his wedding. I stay in Singapore and unable to attend the wedding personally. Therefore, i ordered online and made full payment at once and also received the acknowledgement email from the seller. I called up and double confirmed with them also. But on 20th July 2016, I received a email from them demanding more money as delivery charges. I disagree to make payment and they began to give me excuses that it is far from their place that’s why they need more money for delivery. I called them up also again and the seller repeats the same things which I have recorded in my phone. I have all the documents and email conversation between seller and me for proof. at the end, I paid additional Rs.300 for delivery to them because I was scared they will not send my order and will not get back the money refund also. Rs. 300 is not a big amount but the commitment and trust matters the most. This type of websites are making fool of us and spoiling the reputation of other honest traders. I want you to take a strong action against this website so that they don’t dare to cheat anyone ever again. I am ready with all the necessary evidences and conversation details. kindly let me know what will you need to proceed with my complaint.
