Complaint against komparify

I got my mobile number recharged for Rs. 71 on 27th November,they deducted the amount from y bank account but my mobile number didn’t get recharged, from that day till 8.12.18 they haven’t refunded the money, even after repeated reminder mails and they don’t have any customer care number.Are they trying to hack the accounts or bluff the customers.
