Complaint against livpure aquaguard for service

Since 16 june 2017 I’ve been contacting livpure aquagaurd for my warranty issue as well as serving but they are been neglecting it so please do help me with this. Their customer care no is 18004199399. And mumbai senior persons contact is 9xxxxxxxxxxx6 mr sxxxxxy sxxxxxh

    Hello Team,

    My livpure water purifier was picked up on 27 Aug, 2021. And my account is not closed till now and I am getting charged every month. From Aug I had called them approx. 50-60 times but no appropriate action taken from livpure team. I have already communicated that I have left the Noida permanently and will not come back, still team is not closing my account.

    Every time they give assurance that things will be done in 5-6 hours and your account will be closed today only but these are just fake promises. In the current month I have called more than 20 times and in last week everyday and got the same reply.

    They don’t respect time of other people.
