Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Hello Team,
My livpure water purifier was picked up on 27 Aug, 2021. And my account is not closed till now and I am getting charged every month. From Aug I had called them approx. 50-60 times but no appropriate action taken from livpure team. I have already communicated that I have left the Noida permanently and will not come back, still team is not closing my account.
Every time they give assurance that things will be done in 5-6 hours and your account will be closed today only but these are just fake promises. In the current month I have called more than 20 times and in last week everyday and got the same reply.
They don’t respect time of other people.
