Sir I have sent medicine through Madhur Courier service from Shalimar Garden Ghaziabad on 30th January 2018, 4:48pm to Mandsaur, MP- 458001. it was committed by booking person that it will maximum take 4day to deliver the item to mentioned address but it was found it was false comment. When I tried to contact them on no. 07xxxxx0, Found through tracking my courier no. P500596273 they were talk very unprofessionally and told me to come and collect when I told them I am in Delhi now and the parcel what I sent is medicine and it is for my father who is senior citizen and my father is very much worried he told me to send him to collect today or they will deliver tomorrow. As per tracking records it was reached at Mandsaur on 3rd February but they are not delivering it. Kindly take strict action against them, fine them and cancel there registration. Kindly provide us relief from the pain and trouble we face because of them. I am attaching the courier tracking details with booking slip.
