Complaint against Makemytrip for refund for cancelled bus service

Hi. I booked my bus ticket from Chennai to Bangalore at 6th March 2018. My Booking ID is NU76040994627327. The bus operator cancelled my trip due to bus mechanism issue. He didn’t arrange alternative bus also. And he told your will be refunded within 2 days. But till I didn’t get my refund amount. I called more than 10 times to MakeMyTrip customer support. He didn’t respond me and didn’t arrange for justice. I don’t know where is my money gone. Very worst customer support. I request you to all don’t use MakeMyTrip. Waste of time and money.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
