I am a Student at National Law University at Ranchi, Jharkhand . i had boooked online from site makemytrip.com hotel ginger for my trip to jamshedpur. The booking was being done on 26th Feb,2016 through my bank of India a/c priced at 974. the transaction failed and the booking id was not confirmed but there was a deduction of Rs. 974 from my account. on being assured that my money will be returned within seven days. I waited in anticipation but till date i am not getting my refund and also makemytrip, serivce man also disconnect my calls and misbehave and i was trying to get solution so i am always drop a call in day and more than 100 times they never give me appropriate solution. and this company was harsh and treating very badly and customer goes in mental illness and i am also one of them. and now you (Hon’ble quasi judicial Authority)are last hope to get my refund money and where i can get justice.
