On 10th of April, my mobikwik Account was fraudulently used by a person to recharge his number. His mobile numbers are 7xxxxxxxx7 and 8xxxxxxxxxx5. When I contacted the customer care on 11th and they showed a complete negligent attitude. Even after 8 days, I haven’t received any resolution. Mr. Yxxxxh (Team leader in mobikwik customer care), has made a false promise to me that the issue will be resolved by 18th April. Now I’m apprehensive that all my card and personal details are vulnerable to those fraudsters. I’m seriously worried about their careless attitude for an issue which as serious as account hacking and fraud.
