I shifted my house hold goods from Raigarh Chhattisgarh to Jamshedpur Jharkhand through MOHAN PACKERS AND MOVERS (bhilai based) on 25/2/2018. They delivered it by 5/3/2018, I keep calling the public relation manager Mr Axxxxl Sxxxxxh but he didn’t responded, one he received the call and said your goods are same in our godown and will be delivered by 5/3/2018 due to holi, also he charged godown charges @ 700 per day,
Out of total amount of Rs 35100, I paid 25200 in cash as at time of loading he said that he has to give the money to transporter so pay it urgently and rest I paid online after delivery of goods. Now when I seek invoice and money receipt for whole amount paid by me, again he is not receiving the calls and not responding. He has only gave me bill at time of loading that too of only advanced paid.
As I have to produce money receipt in my current employer (TATA STEEL) for reimbursement, I have only attached the bill which is insufficient for reimbursement.
Prior to the consignment mr Axxxxxl Sxxxxxh was so sober with his words “hum baithe hai na yaha pe, aapko bill courier kr denge, hum baithe hai naa aapka luggage time pr mil jayega”
Now he picked call once and said back dated bill can’t be given, it’s closing time and disconnected the phone.
