This is to state that I am using MTNL for the past 3-4 years and never have I felt so helpless because of the unscrupulous tactics of MTNL .

For the past few days, My account is getting deducted for reasons unknown to me. I have not subscribed to any plans but it shows that I have subscribed to MTNL Sub 2 pack.

I must say this is highly unprofessional of MTNL to deduct unnecessary balance from my account and i regret having established a long relationship of about 3-4 years. I tried calling Customer care several times but they inform that due to some technical glitch this issue will still persist for some days. Till now, Rs 2 per alternative day are being deducted and the process seems to continue for some time as told by the Customer Care Executive.

Kindly look into the matter and find a feasible solution for the same.
