complaint against myntra

I returned an hrx shirt 35 days ago because it was short for me and dust was on it. I wrote the return request after 1 day it was received and they picked up the product after two days.

After few days they called me and said they are re-shipping the product because it was used. But i said i would not do such thing because I am a regular customer and i know return policy.

But it has been more than 35 days, they are neither giving me cashback nor re-shipping the product to me. I have called the myntra costumer care many times but no benifit.

    They send me defective product without any price tag on the box or product, now they forced me to continue with defective product and trying to resolve the thing without any refund process.

    I have bought softrose capri from MYNTRA in Nov’15. They supplied me defective products poor stitching & cut marks.
    Now customer deptt asking for bar code & that bar code was not available on polythene bag.
    FRAUD company.Never shop with Myntra.

    I had bought a Tshirt from myntra on 1st aug 2016 deliver to me by 6th aug but the quality of the product was very oor so i returned it.the picked up the product but no refund or anything from myntra then.FRAUDES i want my money back.

    I have ordered 2 t shirts before 4 days through moblie through on9 money and balance was deducted from my account but i don’t know they say that we haven’t got any req but thet say that yes u have ordered but your balance money in gateway between they say tha when it will come then mynta company will refund means firstly they told to wait 48 hrs then now they don’t say anything how my money will come

    my 1order is for exchange , 2nd order is to be picked up but these courier people are not delivering it they send messages that they are out for pickup but they never come after that they write that costumer phone was switched off or customer rescheduled it ….please tell us customers that are we fools we buy the things myntra get commissions after that customer suffers please mystra STOP fooling customers and I will go to the consumer court for this .

    To whom it may concern,
    I have purchased 2 product from myntra. Because of fitting issue I have successfully returned them but still didn’t get the refund. When I complained to the customer care firstly they told me that your bank details are not correct then I again send the
    correct bank account details but still the issue has not been solved.
    They are asking again and again the bank details.
    Please look into this.

    We placed the order in 25 th December we estimated delivery date on 5 th January .till now my order wouldn’t not placed.but i got the mail items will be out for delivery, courier boy is not place my items to me.plz send my items as soon as possible

    I have purchased 1 roadster jeans from Myntra. They send a wrong product.Then i am sending return request in 02-01-2018.But till they are not pick up that product.already twice decline my return request. Please slove my problem.

    I had ordered one Baggit Wallet and it’s been 15days since I have ordered and still I haven’t got my order .. evn after calling their customer services from more than 7days their is no response from them .. they have been delaying the problem by saying today you will get your order .

    I’ve lodged a return request on 22nd Feb’18 (Return ID: 212609063, against Order no. 1070511-7885817-6965001) in Myntra. The pickup was scheduled by 25th Feb’18. It’s been almost a week, till now no pick up attempt has been made. I’ve been calling Myntra’s customer care since 3-4 days now, but their executives are not helpful. They utter the same statement like robot and make false promises to arrange for the pickup and subsequent refund “at the earliest”.
    But all I’ve received till now is a reference no.180226-023904 with no corresponding action to resolve this issue.
    Even after continuous follow ups for almost a week if Myntra is unable to arrange for the pickup, I’ve no idea how long will they take to process the refund.
    I demand a resolution of such unprofessional services by Myntra.

    I ordered a global desi dress 2 months back but due to wrong size I returned it back afterwards they rejected my return request stating it’s used and it will be reshipped to u but now after 2 months still the customer care representative answer the same thing that my dress will be reshipped in next 2to 3 days . please return my dress or refund my money or I have to take legal action against your company
