Complaint against Nykaa for sending empty box

I have placed this order on the 18th of september. Nykaa has delivered me an empty box full of bubble wraps. After several mails and calls they failed to help me but kept faling promises. Pls help me out since this is not a small amount. My order no is 502122113 .
