Complaint against Best India packers and movers for damaged articles

This complaint is against Best India Packers and Movers. There is a guy who took care of household movement. He agreed for all the typical movement service pack/load/unload/unpack. But when I received my luggage here in Hyderabad almost everything was ripped, wet, opened. Even they didn’t unpacked. I spent around Rs.10000 to get things unpacked/fixed. Now I am asking for recovery, initinally he agreed to pay but it has been more than 1 month he has not given the amount. Please help me getting the recovery amount.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
