On 25thNov’16 I had transferred Rs.5000/ from paytm wallet to my savings account in Union Bank of India with paytm txn id-4021867237. But the money was not credited in a/c. When I had contacted via mail(care[@]paytm.com) they at first said it will be solved quickly and on 2nd December sent a reference no but bank can’t help with this Ref no. After that I repeatedly contacted paytm they again send a reference no on 23rd Dec. I got surprised seeing double ref no against a single txn. Again I wanted to in this matter they informed via Twitter tgat the 1st one is RRN and it’s a valid. As I went to make a complain in Union Bank they asked more details like NEFT/RTGS,UTR,IFSC CODE, SENDING BANK NAME. But on repeated requests paytm was not giving the details and only pursuing me that my issue was resolved.Very bad feeling for last 1 month causing mental harassment
