I made online transaction via paytm, on 08/03/2016, for Rs.550/-, the transaction got failed, when I contacted the HDFC bank stating my issue, they said the transaction has been successfully processed from their end, so they told to contact PAYTM. When I contacted PAYTM they asked for bank statement to justify my claim. even after sending the bank statement for their reference, my issue was not solved. Even after making repeated calls & mails, they hesitate to credit the failed transaction amount in my PAYTM wallet.

Every time I call PAYTM customer care, I get a message stating that wait for 24 hours, your issue will be resolver, its been a month, but I got no response till now. so I required your help in settling this issue.
