Complaint against Paytm for wrong product and no help

Step:1-I have ordered Window Curtain two (02) nos against Paytm Order No-1630660032.
Step:2-Paytm mailed that they have shipped 01 (one) nos window curtain through e-com courier.
Step:3-I have received the material one(01) nos Window Curtain.
Step:4- I have lodge a complaint to return the material.
Step:5- Paytm asked for Image of product,img of invoice,img of inner/outer packing,etc.
Step:-6 I had forwarded them the mail of paytm regarding shipment of material,and told them ,img is required for missing product,but product is not missing.Problem is that I have ordered for 02 nos curtain and paytm has sent 01 no curtain.If they observe the order carefully and forwarder mail of shipment,trouble can be solved.But every time they are writing me to provide img. of product,invoice,and inner/outer packing.And they are not helping me at all
