Complaint against Pigeon Express courier for non-delivery

I had booked speed post parcel Pegeon Express pvt.Ltd. in Kanpur wide tracking number 504161510 to Prerna Institute, D-50, South Extn, Part-1,New Delhi-110049 on the date of 25-02-2016. By the time of posting I have been told that my parcel will be delivered by the evening or the next morning that is 26-02-2016 but it is 27-02-2016 by the evening and I still didn’t get my delivery. But when it didn’t reach, I enquired by phone in Head office on the number 011-30742600 but they said they are closed today Then I called in the office of Kanpur on the number 0512-2320250 after listening my complaint they didn’t give me any answer even they were unaware about my parcel and after a long time they gave me a contact number of some concerned person naming Mr. Bxxxxxxxi When I called him he asked for my tracking address and said that he will check the status and They told that they shall try to find out call me back after 15 minutes but it had been 1 hour passed and he didn’t call me back but after that time I called him continuously but he didn’t answered my call.

Now it is 01-03-2016 And I still didn’t get the parcel delivered. Today again I enquired by phone but again They have given a number of some concern person person who is Mr. Hxxxxxh on which I called to ask the status and he asked all the details of Parcel but didn’t reply anything.

It is very irresponsible behavior of the company and there isn’t any responsible person over there. Since edible & perishable items were sent in that parcel and I didn’t receive it yet and no satisfactory action has been taken yet. This is a total harassment of the common people.

Now I am lodging a complaint in consumer court for this irresponsible behavior.
