Complaint against Professional Courier for non-delivery

Non-receipt of parcel – Professional Courier. Value: 2582.00. Parcel booked on Apr 9, 2018 with Professional Couriers at Dombivili, Mumbai for delivery at Hyderabad. Despite e-mails and several follow-up telephone calls, the parcel has not been delivered so far. Due to the delay in delivery, I have lost business and goodwill. I demand a compensation for the same from Professional Courier.

    Regarding complaint against professional couriers for non delivery of couriers to our bank. There is no response from the Professional couriers Guduvancherry Branch. Kindly take this complaint as high priority.
