Complaint against professional couriers for missing article

I sent 2 shirts from Bangalore to Mumbai and when the consinee received the parcel. He found only one shirt. I dont know who removed one shirt from my parcel. I have also emailed the courier company but they are not responding properly. The company name is “The Professional Courier”. My receipt id is BLR645381834. I want to re-imburse the amount. Please help me. Thanks!
