Complaint against regarding fake job offer

I had registered for job opportunities with in late March 2015. Had also applied for a job online through Very soon I received a call from Mr. Jxxxxd of saying that a corporate hospital had selected my CV and was
ready to give me the job letter. I was informed to be online as I had to register with them online and give them a scanned copy of my identity proof and degree certificates. Accordingly I was guided to their website and over a period of two days was instructed over phone to register myself in their 5 step registration process. Payment details were not informed and we were compelled to make payment by assurances that these payments were refundable. When we protested and argued with Mr. Jxxxxxd, my husband
was teleconnected to Dr. Rxxxxxv who assured us that the job letter would be couriered within 3 days. Believing them and thinking it is a legitimate agency, we paid a total of above 30,000/- through online payment portal attached to their website using my Canara Bank Debit Card.

The screen shot copy of receipt generated after each payment was emailed to the address mentioned as per their instructions. Mr. Jxxxd was instructing via telephone through out the online registratio process through website. As nothing happened after payment, we spoke to a customer care person over the Delhi Landline number from which we had recieved calls (01149756900) who connected us to Jxxxxxd. Mr Jxxxxxd told us that document verification was underway and we would receive the job letter in a week and the 30000/- would be refunded by the recruiting company in first month salary. It didnot happen. On calling up once again I was told that I would get job letter in 15 working days. It is mire than a month since that message and I have not received anything from them.

A sum of more than 30000/- was taken by online payment through website by Mr. Jxxxxxd and Dr. Rxxxxxv for which I have not received any service related to my recruitment or resume or any job letter or document in courier as assured / agreed by them.

The whole deal by was fake and amounts to cheating. Please help us to stop these malicious people who are fleecing innocent job aspirants and cheating them off their money for nothing in return. Nothing as promised or agreed upon, be it job letter or resume and recruitment assistance or refund of paid amount, is delivered. Please take action against them at the earliest.
