Complaint against for wrong delivery

I had ordered online delivery of flowers and chocolate cake & date of delivery was 29 August15. But on that day, the delivery person had delivered only flowers but not the cake to the recipient. When enquired same to the website contact person over phone , nobody picked up the phone. When I sent an e-mail complaining the same. They said the delivery done as per the order and asked to to check with the recipient. I sent them the scanned copy of receipt where only flowers delivery was mentioned.

Again, I sent an e-mail stating no delivery of cake been done. They replied it will be delivered soon. Again no delivery done on next day.

After repeated follow-up s from my end they asked for time again. Now I am calling on their customer care number, they are saying wrong number and some times picking up the phone but not talking anything.
Now , they are saying cake money will be refunded to me. This is total cheating and I want a justice on this issue. I have spent 829 Rs. For this and got only 10 flowers and nothing else.
