I ordered the headphone details mention below from the online shopping website ‘www.screencellphone.com’ and payee amount through net banking successfully .But still more than month I did not receive my order . Try to contact on phone mentioned on website but that is not working. Also raise the request on web site ,but no response . Than try to contact through mail , from there also no response .Last get the mail ID of owner ‘bhucharaashish[@]gmail.com’ and try to complain him regarding my issue . He replied me once that he will look into the matter , But after that no response from him as well after sending multiple mail.
It is more than three month , I don’t see any response from website. I think this is fake website . Could you please look into this matter and update me if anything I can do apart from this to get my amount refund.
