Complaint against Sendmygift for non-delivery and asking more money

I have ordered online a cake and flowers along with Dolphin lovers special mug on 24th feb 2016 with The order no. was 145068853 and it was to be delivered on 28th Feb 2016. on 28th feb 2016 i received the cake and flowers but the special mug was not delivered to me, I was told that in next 2-3 days they will courier the mug. I have paid the whole amount of Rs. 636 on 28th feb 2016 to the courier person. I called the customer care and informed regarding my Mug. on `1st March a courier person came to deliver the mug, but did not give as he was asking for more money. I immediately called to the customer care and told about the courier person demanding money, all though I have paid the whole amount beforehand. the customer care told me that they will call the courier person and tell him to deliver the Mug on same day. But That did not happen. I have called more than 6 times to customer care regarding my courier, but till date I have not received the mug.
