I placed an order (order id:145035481) at sendmygift.com pn 4-Feb-2016 which was to be delivered on 14-Feb-2016 by 9pm as per their standard delivery norms. But it has not been delivered. I called their customer support number for at least 2 hours on 14 and 15 Feb, but they kept avoiding my calls. I also wasted by atleast 3-4 hours witheir chat support who kept on transferring me from one executive to another. Basical I have spent extra time and atleast 500/- extra for reaching them. The product is prepaid and I still have not recieved any response from themOrder status on the website shows “pending”. I am also attaching the copy of invoice which has all the details about the product.Kindly take action as soon as possible.
