Complaint against sendmygift regarding non-delivery

HI, I booked a order on on 14th Feb early morning. Before placing order I talked to their customer executive (Mr. Bxxxxu) on chat to ask delivery is possible or not on 14th Feb it self. He assured me that delivery will be done on 14th feb only. And then I placed order and paid online for INR 449. And my order number is 145060674. But after 3 days also my order is not delivered. Their customer support email id and phone numbers are fake. Both are not working. On chat they don’t revert us. Once you ask about your product they just leave the chat box or dont reply. And they are not providing any update or money back. This is fraud company and i see many messages for this company for similar complaint. I request you to help me to get my money back and take strict action such fraud company.
