I had ordered an Ipad Air 2 on shopmonk on 9th March 2016. However, I cancelled the order on 14th march and got confirmation that refund will be credited in 3-5 working days. Even after repeated reminders, they have not made the refund yet. They have even stopped responding to e-mail reminders. Their only helpline number is never reachable.
I am attaching the E-mail communication trail for reference. Request your intervention in getting the refund money credited.
