Complaint against Snapdeal

I have purchased a product “Perfect Creation Green Faux Chiffon Saree” with Order ID : 8234525007 from site on date: 3rd Sep 2015. I have received that product on 7th Sep 2015. When I checked this product, it was not upto my expectations, So I have placed return mode on same day. They picked up return order on 8th Sep 2015. I have e-mailed four times to them to refund my amount “440” to my account as I have sent them in my email. But I didn’t get any response from their side. I want my money back.
