Complaint against Snapdeal and freecharge regarding coupon redemption

I had tried to place an order no. 9448973183 of 745 n applied SD coupon of 100 R’s n rest 500 from fc credit n 145 from debit card but transaction was failed n SD coupon n 500rs was deducted n then returned only 500 R’s n I again tried to pay 699 on order no. 9495890873 then again 500 was deducted from freecharge without completing payment n m continuously raising complaint bt no a single response is given by snapdeal nor from freecharge n they told me to wait for 24hr but now 4days has been passed n no one is giving my money back just claiming each other n telling me to wait for unknown period by saying 2 more days every time pls help me out with these fraud sites.
