I purchase HTC desire 820s dual sim from SnapDeal on 9th June 2015. After a two days of uses it was dead totally on 12th June 2015. I returned it back and order for the replacement again. On 25th June 2015 got my new cellphone. After two day i noticed that the cellphone doesn’t have that configuration (HTC sense UI 6) which was mentioned on snapdeal web page. Firstly they didn’t accept to return it back. But, after giving them evidence related to that cellphone got from HTC customer care and their website I manage to return it and request for the refund.

In the process of refund snapdeal is doing blunders from the first dat. they transfer my money to some one other account 2 times and still not sending my money back. I am continuously mailing them and getting response bogusly.
From the very first day they are only making mistakes again and again. I am calling them every day but no resolution form their side. If you want i can forward you all the e-mail communication done between us. Form 29th June 2015 i am waiting for refund (Rs. 18574) against my order.

Yau are my last hope. Please help me for this.
