I purchased a laptop from snapdeal on 13th April which i received with some hardware issue so i confirmed snapdeal to replace the product and as there was no further communication from snapdeal regarding replacement, i decided further to get the refund of the purchased product a amount of Rs 50990 but since they have recieved the product on 26th march, they are not initiating the refund stating, due to unavoidable reasons the refund is getting delayed.

I have all the email correspondence with them and all important details are as follows.

Kindly help me to get the refund at the earliest without any further delay.
