I want to purchase Samsung M 20 EMI without credit card from snapmint. All process are done, I made down payment of RS. 2198/- on 18-02-2019, and upload all the KYC documents along with ECS Signed form. After doing this I received a massage from snapmint that “our courier partner will hand over a copy of ECS to you at your residence address. ” But no body came. I contact several times to given no. But the no is always busy. And also email to snapmint, three times but no reply from snapmint.
Please help me .,

I am order mobile in snapmint (Redmi note7 pro),but not receive mobile phone. I am not receive mobile phone why i will pay your EMI. I am not paid your EMI amount. First you send my mobile phone then i will pay your EMI.
I order a phone using snapmint and i also pay down-payment but verification is in process i upload the pan card but he don’t verify. Today is my 4th day of ordering my product. And he does not dispatch solve this please.

The product is not delivered to me but system showing delivered…. 1st EMI is also debited an amount of Rs. 2765.00 . Down payment amount is Rs.4499.00.
I want to withdraw the loan and claim refund.
