Complaint against Sterling Holidays Resorts:
I was following up with Sterling Holidays for last four months and after a long waiting, I need to take help of Indian Consumer Forum.
Indian Consumer Forum help me a lot with their steps taken to resolve the said issue.
Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. ICF pursued the claim with MakeMyTrip and after email exchanges by Mr. Thiyagarajan the short paid amount was refunded on 08-04-2010.Mr. Thiyagarajan, Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu - 08.04.2010
Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. However, she did not get refund even after 5 days. Ms. Disha posted her complaint with ICF on 13/5. ICF guided her in the matter and she got her refund on 19/5.Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh
Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. Complaint against Syberplace for refund – Rs.53,499/- : Prashant Katke of Andheri West, Mumbai 400053 ordered for an apple iPhone 6s 64 gb grey colour with SyberPlace online website on 14th Feb 2016. Order No – 100058083. He was promised shipping in 7-13 business days. But even after 13 business the product was not delivered. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for delaying the refund of amount wrongfully charged on customer’s credit card – Rs.17,140/-: On 16-06-2009 Mr. Nitin Sawant of Mumbai tried to book a ticket on Mumbai-Riyadh-Mumbai sector on makemytrip.com for 18th travel date. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.1,847/- : Shabeer Ali of Malappuram Dist, Kerala 676122 had purchased items from Snapdeal on 11-11-2014 and then cancelled some items later. He however did not get refund and Snapdeal was giving false assurances. Complaint regarding UPS purchased through Ebay – Rs.1,186.55 Jagannathan S, Thiruvallur Dist, Tamil Nadu purchased “Brand New Liebert ps Emerson UPS 600 VA for Laptop Desktop pc 2 year warranty” from seller gandhicomputers1 via eBay website but the item is defective. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com. Complaint against Surya Roshni Ltd. for interest: Ms. Poonam Tyagi of Mumbai-400094, MAHARASHTRA invested in FD with Surya Roshni Ltd.
