This complain is regarding a online website which takes orders for Back Covers of smartphones. I had placed an order with them on 16th April, 2018 for a back cover for my phone and I haven’t received any communication regarding it’s delivery and order details! I wrote multiple emails to them but still no response and also I do not have the product delivered to me nor any kind of refund! The order was for a back cover for my Motorola G3 costing Rs. 194. The enterprise has been very negligent and haven’t replied to any of my emails. The vendor is Printvilla.in and I got to know them from facebook and also Instagram Ad Section. I request you to please look into the matter and help me to the earliest. Thank you.
